Description
This is a tangy and sweet pickle of goa. The Aubergines (brinjal) absorb the flavour of spices and the crunch of garlic in the pickle makes it totally irresistible. It is one of those pickles which can be eaten as a spread on sandwiches or even eaten with papad.
