Description
This dish has its origins from the African community which served in Goa during the Portuguese Rule.It is traditionaly made with “Galinha” i.e chicken. The chicken would be marinated in a blend of spices and roasted on Coal. Now with Karmas Cafreal Masala you can now make a the chicken cafreal Fry or gravy dish, a small bite of which will definitely keep everyone asking for more.
